Urgent help - psa restore

I have done something wrong.

I wanted to remove php 5.3 and restore the previous version and I removed accidentaly the psa-9.5.4

How can i restore my psa without deleting any data on clients ?

I there a way to undo ?

You can use a backup or install Plesk back again. Usually removing Plesk does not remove client data.

If I reinstall Plesk clients data will be lost or not ?

How can I restore my backup from Plesk ?

Hi aburitoru,

Do you have any backups? Its an assumption that you have backups in some way, basically they are going to be fastest route to fixing this assuming you have them.

If you don't have them then are you on a VPS or a dedicated server? If the former its quite possible that your provider has some way to restore your VPS to a snapshot of an earlier time and you should contact them urgently.

If the latter, then your only option is to reinstall Plesk, having never done this I can't give you any advice other than before attempting this you should back up (individually IMO) the webspace directories, the var/qmail/mailnames directories (don't know postfix equivalent and have no idea whether you can restore this over the top) and all the databases on your server. From my perspective your greatest priority now must be to not lose any data, as rushing to get your sites back up could result in doing just that.
