RPMS for x84_64 archs ?

Unread post by Timon »

Hi there,

First of all, great site and help with all ready to go RPMS ! :D
Thank you for that.

My question is, I have a new box running with a x86_64 architecture.
Currently i only see RPMS for i386 archs.

Are there plans/dates/future ideas for x86_64 RPMS ? If so that would be really great.

What should i do meanwhile ? I'm on php 4.3.9 x86_64. I would like to upgrade to php5, but not sure if i would go and what i all need with the i386 structure and if it would lack performance ?

Thanks for all your concerns and answers.

Hi, is there any news on that topic? Has somebody got x86_64 rpms/srpms for php-4.4? See also post http://atomicrocketturtle.com/forum/vie ... php?t=1514
